By downloading, installing, or using the Offswitch mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Offswitch is a habit-tracking application designed to help users manage and overcome unwanted habits and urges. The App provides tools, resources, and AI-assisted guidance to support users in their personal development journey.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Offswitch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as journal entries or notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFSWITCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
